3large tomatoes, roughly chopped into large chunks(about 2 cups)
2garlic cloves(peeled)
white or yellow onion, roughly chopped(about 1/4 cup)
red onion, roughly chopped(about 1/4 cup)
1lime, juiced
1tspcumin
¼tspsalt
optional additions: jalapeños, cilantro
Instructions
Add roughly chopped onions + tomatoes to food processor. And when I say roughly chopped, you can literally just cut into large chunks. Include jalapeño or cilantro here as well, if using.
Add in the garlic, salt, lime juice + cumin. Pulse several times to combine, or until it gets to your desired consistency. Taste to adjust salt or lime if needed.
