- 8 oz broccolini

- 1 tbsp honey
Caramelized Shallot Vinaigrette:
- 1 large shallot
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard (grainy preferred)
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ lemon (juiced)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 2 tbsp water
