Going in, my expectations were pretty high, but I was completely blown away by every single part of it. The teachers, speakers, content, simplicity, and overall culture is something you will connect with (even through your computer screen!).
Who it's for:
Anyone who wants to learn more about wellness and nutrition in general. You’ll end up certified as a holistic health coach, but there are so many reasons people attend. Whether you just want to learn more to keep your family healthy or you’re looking to start a coaching practice, I couldn’t recommend this program more. I’m not currently taking any coaching clients, but I know that I can take my education in so many directions within the wellness world.
What you'll learn:
IIN believes in holistic health and the notion that every single body is different and should be treated as such. You’ll learn about 100 different dietary theories from experts all over the world. The program also goes way beyond food, teaching that the food we eat is actually secondary to our health. What comes first? Things like relationships, spirituality, physical exercise, and career. You’ll explore what a healthy lifestyle means for you and how to better understand your mind, body, and spirit-- from every angle.
