Main tips:

• Make sure you dry them well
• Heat pan 30 seconds, then oil, THEN (and only when it’s just starting to smoke), add scallops
• Don’t disturb them for two full minutes! This is when a nice sear forms. They will release from the pan when they’re ready.

Celebrating the work we’ve done in this room (while searching marketplace daily for the perfect skirted ottoman, of course) because she sure is a cozy one!

Yogurt Cheesecake Round 2! Mint Chocolate Edition Yogurt Cheesecake Round 2!

Mint Chocolate Edition. 🍫 

1 1/4 cup Greek-style yogurt
1 scoop mint chocolate protein powder*
pinch salt

Layer with chocolate style crackers / cookies (I like @simplemills brownie ones)

Top with chocolate chips if you wish.

Refrigerate for at least 6 hours and enjoy!

* I use @bewellbykelly Mint Chocolate protein powder! Comment ‘MINT’ for a direct link.

(PS you can probably also use chocolate protein powder + a dash of peppermint extract)
